Huntington Beach emergency response personnel may become overwhelmed and resources will be limited. So...GET A KIT! MAKE A PLAN! GET EDUCATED!
The City of Huntington Beach can help you get ready. If you’d like to participate in the local C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team) program, contact your neighbor, Tom Hohman at tomgateway@aol.com, to host a meeting at your home for your fellow neighbors.

Joe Syiek and his team continue to allow us to use their new office for our monthly board meetings at no charge, keeping homeowner dues low!
Th e new location is at the Coldwell Banker offices at 1720 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 101, HB, CA 92648. The Board of Directors meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month. Homeowner Forum is at 7:00 p.m. Residents with questions or concerns are encouraged to attend. The agendas are posted on the bulletin board located at the Peninsula Lane exit gate.
