The Annual Election for the Association’s Board of Directors was held on February 4, 2015. 
 
In order to tabulate the votes for an election, quorum must be met. The Peninsula By-Laws specify quorum is one-third of the community, or 130 out of 389 homes. The Inspector of Election received 130 valid ballots. There were additional ballots returned, however they did not count towards quorum or the tabulated votes because the outer envelope was not signed or ownership could not be verified.
 
The following provides the tabulated results of the election.  The five candidates receiving the largest number of votes were elected as Directors: 
 
Roger Conner - 162
Karl Neumann – 121
Ed “Butch” Twining – 87
Louise Mahoney – 83
Tony Swanson – 63
Glenn Thompson – 55
Jeff Richman – 54
