Gate attendants are only permitted to issue guest passes to guest vehicles.  Please note: gate attendants will not issue guest passes to vehicles with transponders or linked to a resident through the Visitor Management system. Guest passes are issued for a maximum of 30 days depending on the homeowner’s request.  Resident passes may be issued to permit a resident vehicle to park on the street during the day or night for periods of 3 days at a time.  Excessive requests for resident passes may cause revocation of the passes for issuance to this address.  If you have an extenuating issue creating the need to park a resident vehicle on the street contact MERIT as other options may be available.
